Fish
Not only is fish good for your dogs but your dogs should be eating fish 2-3 times per week. Vitamins D, A, B2, B3, B12 can all be found in fish as well as iodine, which is particularly essential for active pups.
Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are vital to maintaining a healthy heart, a strong immune system, reduce inflammation in joints and promote brain function.
All of the fish is safe to eat. To prevent parasites, we freeze the fish whole for at least a month at -40C.
Start with small amounts. It may take a little while for your dog to get used to eating fish. If they don't seem to like the smell or taste, serve partially frozen. Count the intake of fish the same as you would for red meat or poultry for Total Daily Intake.
