DISCLAIMER & REFUND POLICY

Due to individual storage, handling, and feeding practices, Naked Bull Inc., its owners, partners, and employees will not be held liable or responsible for any products once they leave our care and custody.

Returns: For the health and safety of all our customers' pets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any pet food or treats—whether raw, smoked, or dehydrated—once they have been picked up or delivered.

Pre-Delivery Cancellations: If an order is cancelled by the customer after it has already been processed and packed, the refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking and administrative fee to cover our time and labor.

Abandoned or Refused Orders: Orders that are refused at the time of delivery, or abandoned at our local pickup locations (such as Bountiful Farmer's Market), will be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% restocking and administrative fee. Please note that original delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once a delivery has been routed or attempted.
