Lake whitefish is a very healthy alternative to other fish.  Packed with nutrition and less fatty than other fish, lake whitefish is a good option for overweight pets.  Higher in omega 3 and 6 than salmon.  Can be served whole or cut into cross sections while still partially frozen.
